Yoga: A quick introduction

Yoga has been helping people live their lives to the full from 6000 years B.C. Yoga improves posture, increases whatever flexibility and mobility you have, teaches you how to deal with the everyday stress of our lives and improves your daily outlook.

A quick note to introduce Angela, the owner and author of
"Pechal’s Petals Yoga"

Angela has been practicing Yoga since 1990 and has now been teaching since 2008, she holds a FRYOG teaching diploma in yoga and also a kids diploma, she is really keen to get us “in touch“ with our selves physically, emotionally and spiritually, as a student you may take on which ever parts of her teaching as you wish. She teaches, from Patanjali’s Raja Yoga. Angela teaches Yoga from the heart, her philosophy is that Yoga is an individual experience, we all learn and experience from our own point of view. If you are a beginner then let Angela gently guide you through the simple basics and slowly you may find that you uncover a new part of yourself; or as an experienced Yogi see if Angela can help you to “let go”.

Angela also practices Reiki, this ancient healing method rediscovered in the 19th Century is safe for everyone including babies and pregnant women, it is a powerful healing energy which can help relieve many problems and medical conditions and restore the body’s natural balance.
