Angela Richards has been practicing yoga for 28 years, Yoga as a regular practice releases any build up of stress , enabling the student to think clearly , to perform better, to live an easier life .Yoga changes your outlook on life, connects you to all life and brings balance to the two hemispheres of the brain . Angela began her teaching in 2008 after a 2 year diploma with FRYOG. Angela teaches holistic Yoga in the FRYOG tradition; Patanjali's eight Limbs, focusing on Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Relaxation. Angela is dedicated to encouraging and supporting all abilities of students, under her instruction you will advance at your own pace, according to your level of suppleness and fitness.
