Angela Richards has been practicing yoga for 25 years, yoga has reduced her stress levels and completely changed her outlook on life. Angela began her teaching in 2008 after a 2 year diploma with FRYOG. Angela teaches holistic Yoga in the FRYOG tradition; Patanjali's eight Limbs, focusing on Asana, Pranayama, Meditation and Relaxation. Angela is dedicated to encouraging and supporting all abilities of students, under her instruction you will advance at your own pace, according to your level of suppleness and fitness.
